Attorney

Attorneys at Grais & Ellsworth are experienced lawyers who work on the firm’s complex securities lawsuits. They review securities offering documents and analyze the securities that are the subject of our lawsuits. Attorneys do legal and factual research to prepare pleadings, motion papers, and other court filings. They assist in drafting memoranda to clients. They participate in discovery, including offensive and defensive document review and preparing for depositions. Attorneys are critical thinkers, excellent communicators, and good writers.

Candidates should have strong law school records and significant experience in business litigation.
